- Membership Registration Fee
- All new members are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee as per the type of membership chosen at the time of enrollment.
2. Articles of Association and Memorandum
- All members with their electronic registration accept to act in accordance with the articles and Memorandum of the Nicosia Squash Association.
3. Court Booking
- Members must book court time in advance using our online booking system.
- No cancellations are allowed given the high demand for court time. Changes can be made at least [Insert Number] hours before the booked time to avoid char
4. Payment Methods

6. Termination of Membership

- The club reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of club policies or conduct that is deemed inappropriate.

8. Amendments
- The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Cyprus law.

Nicosia Squash Association undertakes to do its best to supply services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Nicosia Squash Association cannot under any circumstances, be required by any Member to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the Member.
In order for it to be admissible, Nicosia Squash Association must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the provision of the services.
