With the begining of the 2007/2008 Squash Season
on our doorstep, the NSA would like to make the following notes
regarding this year’s membership packages:
Whilst our aim is to satisfy our members’
needs with the lowest cost, we must ensure that the NSA receives
all its courts’ fees to enable the smooth running of the
Association.
As you will notice, priority to court bookings
is given to Package A, allowing this group of members
to enjoy all benefits (including booking a week in advance).
These members will not pay for court hire unless of course for
last minute cancellations (see terms and conditions).
Packages B and C are primarily aimed
at maximizing our members’ playing potential, and simultaneously
aiding the NSA with the collection of court fees. An additional
incentive is given to package B, by giving 20 court hours at
£1 - €1.71 per hour.
Packages D or Summer package is created
to give the chance to those who wish to enjoy our sport during
summer. This takes effect only during July and August and gives
the benefits of free courts and a week in advance court reservation.
Finally, Package E gives the
opportunity to non-members or guests to use the courts albeit
with a higher cost and a reduced pre-booking period. This arrangement
has been made to satisfy a small number of players that are
unable to participate in the NSA’s organized events.
Off peak court reservations**:
This allows members to use the courts in a reduced court hire
fees.
Fee for off peak court reservations is half of the normal price.
Off peak is considered to be the period of time until 3 p.m.
on weekdays and from 3-5 p.m. depending to courts availability
due to juniors training.
Members with B or C package will be charged with only half of
their prepaid court hour on their court card.
Members with A or D package will not be benefited from this
arrangement since there is no charge for them for using the
courts.
For non members or guests this will also apply as they will
be paying £1.5 - €2.56
per hour per person instead £2.5
- €4.27 which is the normal fee.
Also, no upgrade of any membership
package will not be allowed and prepaying the court cards
for additional usage is considered compulsory.
