The Nicosia Squash Association was formed in 1989 and currently numbers 75 senior (above 18 years old) and 40 junior members.

The Association's main activity is the club league, which begins in October and ends in May every year. Most of our club's senior members and many juniors partcipate in the league.

The league's main purpose is to bring squash fans together in a friendly environment, but the higher divisions gather a lot of competitive interest. Players in the first division usually hold places in the country's national team.

The Association also organises squash tournaments, the major one being the Nicosia Squash Open, which draws participants from all over the island. Other social activities include christmas events, carnival parties and lottery draws.
