The NSA would like to
remind all members about the decision of the Cyprus Squash Rackets
Association that all athletes must hold a valid health certificate.
The new season begins on September 1st and athletes without a
certificate cannot be included for participation in the League
and or other events.
Please see below the
requirements for the issue of health certificates.
Until the age of 12:
Pediatrician's examination
cardio test*
2 recent photographs
Ages 12-35:
Blood test
cardio test*
chest x-ray test
2 recent photographs
medical certificate
Above 35 years old:
Blood test,
Fitness test,
chest x-ray test,
2 recent photographs,
medical certificate,
if there is any concern after the above
exams, further tests are performed.
Recent tests of up to 6 months are accepted.
* Please note that all members can take the cardio test free of
charge and without booking an appointment, at the 'Lefkotheo'
sporting centre every Wednesday and Friday between 3-7pm.
